I’m a young, energetic and passionate journalist with experience and exposure in local, national, international and online news media markets. Most recently I worked as a general assignment multimedia reporter for Capital News Service Television, based in College Park, Maryland, where my responsibilities included one-man-band reporting, field producing, and editing plus occasional directing and production crew staffing.

My previous work experience includes:
- NBC News in Washington, DC where, as a News Desk Assistant, I produced “NBC Insider Reports” for broadcast and the web, field produced for MSNBC dayside and “NBC Nightly News” and coordinated field crews and travel pool assignments for the 2008 Presidential Election;
- European Vibe Entertainment Magazine (Madrid, Spain) where, as a Bilingual Online Reporter I wrote national and international news content;
- and ABC News where I researched content for a stories on NASA’s STS-115 Space Shuttle flight as well as the Minnesota Bridge Collapse.

I am fluent in Spanish and have editing expertise on AVID News Cutter and Final Cut Pro.

I have a Master’s in Journalism degree from the Philip Merrill College of Journalism at the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University where I majored in Communications and Spanish Language and Culture.
